This means that for you, the customer, every step of our engagement with you is quality managed to ensure that you receive a first-class service from start to finish and beyond.

We are independently audited once per year to ensure that our projects are meeting the requirements of the quality management system

Our quality management system (QMS) ensures that we keep up to date with changes in policies, procedures and building standards. It also ensures that our staff receive regular training to keep abreast of changes in our heat pump product range and legislation.
